As a
Business Development Associate
at Futurenostics, you will play a key role in driving growth through lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management. This position is ideal for individuals with some prior experience in business development or client-facing roles who are eager to further develop their careers in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients using multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and freelancing websites.
  • Research industry trends, target markets, and potential customers to support business development efforts.
  • Conduct client calls, follow-ups, and maintain effective communication to build trust and strengthen business relationships.
  • Develop and implement personalized strategies to approach new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Maintain and organize lead information in internal databases, ensuring up-to-date records of outreach and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to brainstorm and execute new ideas for growing the company's client base.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, outreach progress, and client interactions.
  • Assist in nurturing long-term client relationships and supporting the onboarding process.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (exceptional fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Ability to research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with online platforms such as LinkedIn and freelancing job boards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to work onsite and commit to the evening/night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM Pakistan Time).
