Content Servicing Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing all deadlines related to content processing from receipt of masters to air version readiness.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Manage the content traffic process across different areas, including external and internal vendors and distributors, based on parameters provided by strategy teams.
  • Keep track of assigned content, including rejections, replacements, and missing content.
  • Create and manage work orders across systems for all operations areas, setting timelines and processes required.
  • Work closely with programming and strategy teams to ensure business strategy plans are met, providing feedback on operational processes as necessary.
  • Enter technical and operational information into media asset management systems and create reports to guarantee proper airing of content.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in negotiation and tracking.
  2. A degree or equivalent experience in Television Studio Operation, Television Studio Production, or Direction College Degree.
  3. Media Company Administration.
  4. Fluent English speaking, writing, and reading skills at an advanced level or higher.

Preferred qualifications include:

Nice to Have
  1. Experience working in a multinational corporation.
  2. Experience in media operations for at least 3 years.
  3. Experience in other roles in broadcast, such as play out, transmission, graphics, post-production, and content management.
  4. Experience in other roles, such as programming or vendor/distributor management.
