Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development and Strategic Planning expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and empowering sustainable account management and development, as well as driving new business growth and penetration in relation to healthcare and other software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Develop, manage, and empower the company to drive sustainable account management and development, as well as drive new business growth and penetration in relation to healthcare and other software.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Be a natural part of the sales teams and develop strong relationships ensuring joint strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving with clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive New Business Growth: Work with the Intellcare team to lead and drive new program ideas which result in profitable new business volume and the execution of key account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals.
  • Contract Management: Assist in the preparation of contractual agreements with clients and ensure project/operation delivery under contract parameters.
  • Relationship Management: Responsible for maintaining formal communication with clients to foster relationships and act as a liaison between client and project/operation team.
Required Skills and Knowledge Areas
  • Exposure to Healthcare/Hospital Environment: Exposure to healthcare/hospital environment, processes, and workflows.
  • Project Management: Prior HMIS experience preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Sales and Account Management: Experience in sales and account management.
  • Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills.
