We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

Business Analyst Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, preferably within the EHR (Electronic Health Record)/healthcare domain, and will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Create clear and concise user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with design teams using Figma to create wireframes and UI mockups.
  • Analyze clinical workflows and propose improvements that align with product and user goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business, design, and development teams.
  • Participate in product roadmap planning, sprint grooming, and reviews.
  • Conduct gap analysis, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and supports product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Document business requirements and develop clear user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
  • Analyze clinical workflows and propose improvements.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst (preferably in the EHR or healthcare domain).
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare workflows.
  • Proficient in wireframing and UI collaboration using Figma.
  • Excellent documentation and writing skills for user stories and technical specs.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills to coordinate effectively with the US-based team.

Working Hours:

  • 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (US Time-zone)
  • Full-time employment.
