Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create data-driven models using large-scale datasets to address complex business challenges.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI capabilities by integrating vector databases and retrieval models.
  • Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for NLP applications using transformers and embedding-based search.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows.
  • Analyze and preprocess large-scale datasets while ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Design and deploy secure and scalable ML pipelines leveraging MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Evaluate model performance using A/B testing, drift detection, explainability, and adversarial robustness techniques.
  • Stay updated with LLMs, generative AI, and retrieval-based AI trends.
  • Deploy and manage AI/ML models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
