We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Research Content Specialist. This position will provide an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, research contributors, commercial teams, and clients.

This is a client-facing position that requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Contributor Research content is processed and tagged correctly, monitoring research uploads and processing, performing QA activities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for onboarding, troubleshooting, testing, and research access issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Quality Assurance: Ensure all Contributor Research content is processed and tagged correctly.
  • Research Upload Monitoring: Monitor research uploads and processing, perform QA activities.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for onboarding, troubleshooting, testing, and research access issues.
  • Research Access Analysis: Analyze research access to support and grow our research business.
  • Entitlement Issues Identification: Identify entitlement issues for clients.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary support contact for research contributors and clients' queries about Investment Research content and functionalities.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, preferably with global clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work on team projects, and work independently.
  • High integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills; familiarity with MS Excel and databases is preferred.
  • Fluency and eloquence in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
