Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for financial advisory services.

  • Provide timely and accurate financial advice to clients across the MENA region.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business issues.
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Coach and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with regional service line teams to discuss analytics processes and identify engagement teams requiring outreach.
  • Provide guidance on local policy and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Facilitate training sessions for client-serving teams on financial management practices and Mercury software.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across borders and industries.
  • Review open items in the ticketing system, prioritize follow-up activities, and schedule engagement team meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a client-driven professional environment in a financial/business capacity.
  • Experience working with customers remotely, empathetically resolving problems under pressure.
  • Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Finance-related degree or experience in a professional service or consultancy environment.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to make quick decisions and exercise judgment.
