Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

As a senior-level professional in accounting and finance, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. This role involves ensuring accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities include:

Financial Management:
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Leadership and Communication:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements for this position include:

Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
Personal Qualities:
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
