We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and economics, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal compliance standards.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audit engagements.
    • Maintain comprehensive and accurate audit trails and internal audit documentation for reference and accountability.
    • Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and business trends to support financial planning and executive decision-making.
    • Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly variance analyses.
    • Evaluate cost structures, profitability drivers, and financial efficiency across departments and business units.
    • Conduct financial modeling, scenario planning, and return-on-investment (ROI) assessments for strategic projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear financial insights and performance reports.
    • Assist in managing tax compliance including preparation of filings, handling tax notices, and responding to regulatory inquiries.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in internal audit, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and accounting/ERP software.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
