This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the credit control department, focusing on reducing bad debts and improving cash flow. Key responsibilities include managing the account receivable database, preparing detailed reports, and coordinating with internal teams.

- Preparing detailed reports on receivables and collections, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinating with internal teams, such as credit, accounts, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of credit-related issues.
- Supervising the recovery team, setting goals and objectives for optimal performance and results.
- Negotiating repayment plans with clients, taking into account individual circumstances and financial capabilities.
- Ensuring credit officers' presence at client locations, promoting effective collaboration and teamwork.
- Organizing regular meetings for receivables and task force discussions, driving productivity and achieving set targets.
- Proficient in using Quick-Books software, with hands-on experience in managing financial data and transactions.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in credit control departments, recoveries, and client management, possessing a deep understanding of industry practices.
- Strong knowledge of basic and advanced accounting principles, including financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for efficient data management and analysis.
