Business Development Executive

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for telephone and email prospecting, qualifying and processing marketing leads for the sales team, generating summarized reports of their key findings, and identifying and closing incremental opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Monitoring the performance of the Business Development team.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending business development meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of working with tech companies, reputable software houses, IT consultancies, or tech startups, and understanding their sales cycles. You will also need to demonstrate success in selling to senior-level decision-makers in the tech industry, have a strong understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive approach to work.
