Digital Marketing Lead

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing from a top-ranked university is mandatory.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead all digital marketing initiatives and ensure our online presence, promotional activities, and projects adhere to brand standards for effective marketing of products and services.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including the web, search engine marketing (SEM), database marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Work closely with the content marketing and design teams to develop engaging content for each stage of the customer's digital journey.
- Review and enhance the design and content of all online assets, including our website and social media platforms.
- Develop and manage digital marketing plans, allocating budgets to various channels.
- Apply A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights, recommendations, and monthly reports on our digital marketing portfolio.
- Prioritize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of user analytics to inform strategies that boost sales and enhance customer experience.
- E nsure timely project delivery and stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a solid grasp of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
Excellent communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
