Financial Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and preparing financial statements, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, taxation and financial analysis. They will also be expected to provide financial consultancy services to clients and work closely with senior management to ensure effective office operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in data entry using SAGE software and system setup related to accounts. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The selection process for this role comprises five stages:

  1. Initial Telephone Interview
  2. Face-to-Face Interview
  3. Practical Test
  4. Interview with Senior Management
  5. Final Interview with Finance Head

If you successfully complete all these stages, you will become part of our team as a Finance Manager.
