AACCA Trainee - Financial Operations Assistant.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and accountability. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to update their knowledge of microfinance operations, financial regulations, and banking systems.

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and accounts analysis to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Participate in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries.
  • Assist with tax and regulatory filings in accordance with local laws and central bank requirements.
