The ideal candidate will lead the development of mobile applications, overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution. With strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, this individual will effectively manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Project Management: Expert knowledge of software development life cycle models and Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing successful projects.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development principles, including Agile, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies.

Requirements

  1. Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, blending them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
  2. A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies, including 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams, PMP preferred.
  3. Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level application development projects.
  4. Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 7-10 team members, including Creative, Developers, and QA Personnel.
  5. Balanced business/technical background.
  6. Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and accurately evaluate complex project risks and issues.
  7. Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers, developing strategies and solutions of high business value.
  8. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
  9. Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, establishing/maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  10. Hands-on experience with Project Management tools, including Jira/Greenhopper/Bit-Bucket or equivalent.
  11. Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools.
  12. Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels, including the executive level.
  13. Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view.
