IT Director

Job Title: IT Director

Takaful Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our Information Technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems, including Software Development, Database Management, Hardware & Networking, MIS reports, CRM dashboard management, and managing the IT team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of IT professionals. Professional certifications in ASP.Net and Oracle are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans to support business objectives
- Manage and supervise a team of IT professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality services
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of existing IT systems and infrastructure
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team of IT professionals
- Professional certifications in ASP.Net and Oracle (desirable)
