Job Description
Mian Nazir Sons Industries Pvt. Limited is looking for an experienced individual to engage in telemarketing and respond to pre-order inquiries from clients. The ideal candidate will develop marketing plans tailored to target specific customers, focusing on business development opportunities for improving sales and securing new orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require a candidate to engage in telemarketing, respond to pre-order inquiries, and track sales progress.
  • The successful candidate will develop marketing plans, identify business opportunities, and improve sales performance.
  • Negotiating early purchase orders, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring timely completion of orders are essential tasks.
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients, logging customer complaints, and achieving monthly sales targets are critical responsibilities.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of the Information Technology and Services industry principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills.
Benefits

Additional Requirements:

A bike is required for fieldwork.

  • Prior experience in telemarketing, field sales, or customer interactions is highly valued.
Specifications
  • The successful candidate will prepare quotations and tender documents, participate in tender clarification processes, and submit tenders accordingly.
  • Orders must be received and processed promptly according to client requirements within established company policies.
  • Follow-up on payments, order shipments, registration, and contract execution to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with related departments to facilitate efficient processing and timely delivery of orders.
  • Lead efforts to expedite the sales process by conducting timely presales and postsales activities.
