Sales and Marketing Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Professional, responsible for promoting our pick-and-drop transportation services to businesses and organizations within Karachi.

The Opportunity:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our pick-and-drop services for employees and offices in Karachi.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques relevant to securing corporate clients in the Karachi market.
  • They will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing service agreements with companies and office complexes in Karachi.
  • Additionally, they will create engaging marketing materials, manage and maintain the company's online presence, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies and office management in Karachi.
  • Our Sales and Marketing Professional will also track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, attend industry events, and collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Digital Marketing or related field, with 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably selling B2B services or within the transportation/logistics sector in Pakistan.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques relevant to securing corporate clients in the Karachi market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with business professionals in Karachi.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective marketing content targeting HR and office management in the local context.
  • Familiarity with the Karachi business landscape and transportation challenges is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
  • Fluency in Urdu and English is essential.
