About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent for permanent positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Boolean Search and X-Ray Search on google to identify potential candidates
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, reference checking, salary negotiations, and closing
  • Maintain accurate records of sourced profiles and coordinate interviews with clients
  • Ensure seamless onboarding process for selected candidates

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency (Spoken)
  • English Proficiency (Written)
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel
