We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Sales Representative.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our surgical product portfolio to hospitals and healthcare institutions within their designated territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell surgical instruments and related products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, procurement departments, and hospital staff.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and drive growth within the designated territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for end-users.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, customer visits, and market insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in the medical or surgical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem within the designated territory and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
