Tele Sales Representative Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative for outbound calls.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales by engaging potential clients through phone calls and effectively promoting our digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills in English, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and good listening skills to identify client needs.

You will also be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about our services, and building and maintaining relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements and providing suitable solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and engage them in conversations regarding their digital marketing needs.
  • Provide information about our digital marketing services and explain how they can benefit the potential clients' businesses.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Presentation of persuasive sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements and providing suitable solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies, share insights, and implement effective approaches for lead generation and sales.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to effectively communicate the advantages of our services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a bonus.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to identify client needs.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices is advantageous.
