Business Development Manager

AS BPO Solutions is expanding its operations in Lahore and seeks a skilled Business Development Manager (B2B) to spearhead our growth strategy.

This role requires an individual who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and drive results-oriented sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms, social media, and direct marketing efforts.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  3. Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  4. Manage bidding processes, develop customized proposals, and negotiate terms to secure deals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  6. Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance performance.
  7. Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related field.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Work Arrangement: Full-Time Office-Based Position
