Job Title: Social Media Marketing Leader

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement social media strategies aligned with clients' objectives.
  • Campaign Ideation and Execution: Develop innovative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences in the healthcare industry.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide junior social media marketers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
  • Calendar and Content Planning: Oversee the development and management of social media content calendars.
  • Performance Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Trend and Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain campaigns' innovation and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategy execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to strategy development and execution.
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing, HIPAA compliance, and industry regulations is advantageous.
