Position Overview
: We are looking for a smart, proactive, and eager-to-learn Social Media Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
You will work closely with our social media managers and designers to enhance brand presence across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities
:
Content Creation & Management:
Assist in creating engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to improve engagement. Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. Write compelling captions and social media copies aligned with brand tone and voice.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms. Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant communities to increase brand visibility. Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on performance.
Strategy & Analysis
: Assist in researching competitor strategies and industry trends. Provide insights on audience behavior and content performance. Support in planning and executing social media campaigns. Analyze post-performance and generate reports using analytics tools.
Paid & Influencer Marketing Support
: Help in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns. Identify and reach out to potential influencers and brand partners. Coordinate with influencers for collaborations and content approvals.
Collaboration & Learning
: Work closely with designers and video editors to create visually appealing content. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. Stay updated with new social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
What We're Looking For
: A passionate individual with a keen interest in social media marketing. Strong communication and writing skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends. Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or any content creation tools is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A team player who collaborates well with others.
