Job Summary:

This role involves leading the design and implementation of Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) in client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with LDP coaches to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive workshop reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design training programs that integrate seamlessly with client processes, ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Conduct coaching sessions with participants from client organizations to enhance their leadership skills.
  • Facilitate senior alignment meetings with key stakeholders to ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Train facilitators on LDP best practices to equip them with the necessary skills to deliver impactful workshops.
  • Provide feedback to participants based on the principles outlined in the LDP Facilitator M&E Guide.
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • A degree in Health Care, Sociology, or Psychology, with an advanced degree in Public health or a relevant field being highly desirable.
  • At least eight years of experience in training facilitators, LDP workshops/presentations, and coaching.
  • Five years of experience working in the health care sector related to LDP and facilitation with NGOs that serve communities.
  • Experience in tutoring, facilitating trainings, presentations, and team-focused training processes designed to develop leadership skills.
  • Previous experience working with international organizations and NGOs as a trainer is highly valued.
  • Certifications and experience in Training of Trainers are assets.
  • The ability to coordinate project teams and handle multiple assignments and projects.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
