Job Title: Mobile Application Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive mobile app tester to ensure high-quality user experiences across English and local language versions.

This role requires collaboration with business and development teams, meticulous defect tracking, and clear communication throughout the testing lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough post-release and post-implementation UAT testing for mobile applications in both English and local languages.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute test cases based on defined business requirements.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and issues to development teams; ensure timely resolution and retesting.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on testing progress and escalate potential risks or blockers to the project lead.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test results, and defect logs to support formal sign-off processes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance testing processes, tools, and workflows for improved efficiency.


Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile app testing or end-user testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing Android mobile applications.
  • Proficiency with REST API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using AWS CloudWatch.
  • Experience in e-commerce or fintech environments is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and experience in fast-paced, dynamic project environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.


Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Standard office environment. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered based on business needs.
