Product Visionary

We are seeking a certified Product Owner with 7+ years of experience to provide stakeholders and the scrum team with product vision. This visionary role involves ensuring that the scrum team delivers the most value for customers.

### Roles and Responsibilities

- Clarification & Requirement Gathering: Gather requirements from stakeholders, document them, and define product goals, roadmaps, and release plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Managing the Scrum Backlog: Ensure the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by all Scrum team members. Enter requirements into a tracking system and prioritize the backlog using agile themes.
- Setting Priority: Prioritize and own the product backlog, considering factors such as customer priorities, new feature requests, and enhancements.

### Stakeholder Management

- As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for product KPIs and reporting on development progress to stakeholders. You will comprehend business priorities, new feature requests, and customer needs, driving outcomes with customer-first solutions.
- Provide product training, perform user testing, and transfer knowledge to customers for effective use of the application.
- Track project milestones, conflicting timelines, and deliverables to achieve business outcomes and maintain relationships with diverse groups of customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

### Project/Task Reviews

- Conduct thorough reviews of tasks and projects, ensuring attention to detail (grammatical and presentation issues). Participate in sprint review meetings and planning, and ensure meeting minutes are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Complete internal UATs of stories to ensure client expectations are met.

### Essential Skills and Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Must be comfortable commuting to an office location
- Certified Product Owner
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Experience in SAAS is a plus
