Job Summary

This role oversees the overall strategic direction and development of e-commerce initiatives to ensure they meet corporate customer needs, drive customer experience, and deliver increased traffic/sales.

  • Lead a team of professionals in web development, design, search engine optimization, and telemarketing
  • Develop strategies for online sales growth and CRM evolution
  • Manage technical infrastructure and architecture of e-commerce websites
  • Plan and manage online advertising budgets
  • Collaborate with US-based E-Commerce Sales teams for maximum efficiency and profitability

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily management of multiple e-commerce websites
  • Supervise website design and development teams
  • Identify and prioritize website feature sets and target markets
  • Conduct competitive analysis to improve online experience
  • Compile and interpret performance data for future optimization
