
Sales Enablement and Learning Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement and Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver approved curriculum and learning materials to employees
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create enablement resources, materials, aids, and manuals
- Organize and update training content and materials, leveraging LMS and SharePoint for storage and access
- Provide a structured learning experience and monitor the quality and results of training sessions
- Aclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation, training sessions, coaching, and reporting throughout their onboarding journey
- Evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any changes and maintain quality control
- Support ad-hoc requests from the executive team as a resource
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- At least 1 year of training and/or enablement experience, particularly for sales
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training strategies in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with traditional training methods, tools, and techniques
