Digital Marketing Specialist - Key Responsibilities and Expectations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and display advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in areas such as email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics Certification or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification are a plus.
