  1. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  2. Expertise in utilizing Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager to drive results.
  3. In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies on each platform.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  5. Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
  6. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and collaborate on impactful visuals.
  7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  8. Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and platform representatives.
  9. Experience in using third-party tools and platforms for analytics, reporting, and audience research is a plus.
