The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.

This individual will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products.

Key responsibilities include writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code and developing and supporting software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.

Additionally, this person will coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards and support test and deployment of new products and features.

Technical Skills:

The successful candidate should have a strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET with dotnet frameworks 3.5 & 4.0, and MVC architecture.

They should also have hands-on experience with SQL Server, including creating and managing stored procedures, performance tuning and optimization, and familiarity with version control tools such as Git or TFS.

A solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design principles is essential.

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of legacy system modernization

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 3+ years of relevant work experience are required.

Candidates should also be able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
