The Position

We are seeking a Software Developer for our Customer Insight team, reporting to our Program Manager. The role involves developing highly responsive solutions, managing work within tight deadlines, and contributing to a product that enhances customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Code development for resilient solutions.
  • Managing work items within fixed schedules.
  • Ensuring product usability and operational success.
  • Documenting system and implementation requirements.
  • Investigating customer tickets promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • 5+ years of web development experience with Microsoft technologies: ASP.Net MVC, Webforms, Web API, C#, Entity Framework, Dapper.
  • 3+ years frontend experience: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.

Nice to Have

  • Power BI, SQL optimization, source code management.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps / VSTS.
