Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our software development team as the Manager Software Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and promoting professional growth and development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for software development in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of software development technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
  • Collaborate with product management, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful project delivery.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in software development, with a strong track record of leading successful teams (+5 years) and delivering high-quality software products.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks; Agile / Scrum is a plus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# .NET and Angular.
