Digital Transformation Manager

We are looking for a skilled Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing transformation. This role combines data-driven media planning with performance optimization across all digital touchpoints, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for optimizing digital journeys and delivering outstanding user experiences that drive acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities include designing and executing 360° digital media plans, managing digital media budgets, collaborating with creative and product teams, developing conversion optimization strategies, and implementing mobile measurement platforms.
The successful candidate will also create dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel, and present campaign insights to senior leadership.
- Design and execute 360° digital media plans including performance marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), programmatic, and influencer campaigns.
- Manage digital media budgets and ensure maximum ROI through real-time optimization.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align media campaigns with brand messaging and user journeys.
- Develop and execute conversion optimization strategies from digital paid channels for web, mobile site, and app funnels.
