Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing leader to drive our online presence and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and developing integrated digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SMM, email marketing, lead generation, and more.
  • Align digital marketing efforts with company goals to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Regularly analyze digital trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including SEO, social media marketing, content writing, lead generation, and data analysis.
  • Ensure collaboration and efficiency among teams to meet overall digital marketing objectives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, IT, or e-commerce with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO, SMM, email marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Expertise in optimizing websites and landing pages for conversion and user experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of video marketing strategies and tools.
