Material Scientist - Color Matching

We seek an experienced Material Scientist - Color Matching to join our team in the development of advanced materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop novel engineering plastic masterbatches using PET, PA, PC, PBT, and POM materials.
  2. Formulate precise compounds to achieve optimal color matching and material properties.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative products that meet customer requirements.
  4. Analyze data from various tests and experiments to inform product development decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Polymer Science, Plastics Engineering, or Chemistry.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in masterbatch/polymer compounding, preferably in engineering plastics.
  3. Strong expertise in spectrophotometry, extrusion, and polymer processing.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with others.

This role involves developing cutting-edge materials and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
