Job Title: Manager of Operations and Compliance

Job Description:

This is a highly rewarding role that requires an individual who can plan, organize, and execute inspection-related activities while supporting the commercial team in preparing quotations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring market trends, handling customer complaints, and maintaining records of completed jobs and contractor verifications.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical, organizational, and time management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure. They will also possess strong leadership abilities, reporting skills, and good communication and presentation skills.

This position operates in line with the organization's Quality Assurance System, including the Code of Ethics and Group policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve technical and commercial proposals.
  • Plan and organize inspections.
  • Coordinate with clients and inspectors for inspections.
  • Maintain records of completed jobs and contractor verifications, and verify invoices.
  • Review inspection reports.
  • Attend management meetings.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • An engineering degree and/or management-related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent technical, organizational, and time management skills.
