Job Title: IT Operations Manager

As an IT Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our ATM systems. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the team of engineers who are responsible for software installations, networking, and hardware upgrades.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to design and implement effective performance management systems that drive continuous improvement in customer support services.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with client organizations and vendors for routine operations, as well as assisting the Head of Operations in project planning and implementation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing ATMs Performance Analysis based on costs and revenues, and suggesting promotional tools to increase the usage of ATMs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the team of engineers responsible for software installations, networking, and hardware upgrades

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, and Python
