This job requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies and procedures; and coordinating work schedules.
- Maintaining communication systems by evaluating options, ensuring equipment functionality, and approving invoices.
- Purchasing printed materials and forms by negotiating price, quality, and delivery; and reviewing expenses.
- Completing special projects by organizing information, planning, arranging, and meeting deadlines; and monitoring progress.
- Developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems to maintain historical records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate team members, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
