We are looking for a Visual Communications Specialist who will create compelling visual designs and engaging video content. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the latest design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.

The role involves developing creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, website elements, etc. Utilizing industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or other relevant tools to create and edit designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing designs that enhance brand identities and capture the target audience's attention.
  • Develop storytelling approaches through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
  • Edit and manipulate video footage to create cohesive videos for YouTube and other social media channels.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor, or in similar roles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms with a focus on user-centered design (UI/UX).
  • Proficiency in animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender) and ability to incorporate animations into video content.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to create content aligned with brand and campaign goals.
