
Business Development Representative

We are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Rapid Route Logistics. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our sales department.
Main Responsibilities:- Utilize your excellent sales and negotiation skills to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
- BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS with clients and prospects through consistent communication and follow-up
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in logistics and supply chain management to provide expert guidance to clients
- Contribute to cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding performance expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
