Job Title: Senior Web Application Developer

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced senior web application developer with a strong background in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to design and develop complex web applications, manage database infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with other systems.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex web applications using ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server.
  • Manage SQL Server and Oracle database infrastructure and design.
  • Collaborate with project managers and web designers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Essential Skills:
  1. 5 yrs traditional web development (HTML, DHTML, VBScript, and JavaScript).
  2. 3 yrs dynamic web development (ASP, JSP/Java, or PHP).
  3. 3 yrs SQL Server database development (SQL, stored procedures, ADO, ADO.Net).
  4. 3 yr IIS configuration, security, management and maintenance.
  5. 2+ yrs in .NET web development (C#/VB, ASP.NET).
  6. 2+ yrs in .NET application development (C#/VB, WinForms, Remoting).
  7. Experience with bug and source control systems (CVS, SourceSafe).
  8. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  9. BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.

Desirable Qualifications:
  1. Microsoft .NET Certification (MCAD or MCSD).
  2. Extensive SQL Server knowledge and design capabilities.
  3. Technical management experience (project management, architecture overview).
  4. MS in Computer Science.
