The following KPIs will be used to measure your performance as a Customer Relationship Manager:

Sales Growth: 20% increase in sales revenue within the first 6 months.Customer Satisfaction: Achieve an average customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher.Net Promoter Score (NPS): Maintain an NPS score of +50 or higher.Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, resulting in a minimum employee engagement score of 85%.Cross-Selling/Up-Selling: Achieve an average cross-selling/up-selling rate of 30% or higher.Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours, with a resolution rate of 99% or higher.Responsibilities:
  • To drive business growth through effective customer relationship management.
  • To develop and implement comprehensive customer service strategies that meet business objectives.
  • To analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • To optimize customer communication channels to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • To manage and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • To continually assess and improve customer experience through ongoing feedback and analysis.
  • To contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies that align with business objectives.
  • To lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times.
  • To foster open and transparent communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • To work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communications.
