Job Title: Lead SEO Strategist

A seasoned professional is sought after to drive our digital marketing agency's SEO efforts forward. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile management, and experience in managing SEO teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading SEO strategies, optimizing and managing Google Business Profiles, building and maintaining local citations, monitoring and analyzing SEO performance, creating and optimizing localized content, collaborating with clients, conducting SEO audits, and staying updated on Local SEO trends and algorithm changes.

  • Develop and lead SEO strategies focusing on Local SEO to enhance search visibility for multi-location businesses.
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles ensuring accurate and engaging information for all locations.
  • Build and maintain local citations across relevant directories ensuring NAP data consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics providing actionable insights.
  • Create and optimize localized content including landing pages and service descriptions to drive local traffic.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our services to meet their expectations.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate SEO with broader marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on Local SEO trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies proactively.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, 3+ years of experience in managing SEO teams, expertise in Local SEO strategies, leadership experience managing and guiding an SEO team, proficiency in SEO tools, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.
