About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in [country]. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive student placement and IELTS candidate qualified lead volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management

Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team to deliver exceptional results. Develop and implement effective team development plans to ensure continuous growth and improvement.

Business Planning and Multi-Channel Strategy

Develop comprehensive annual/quarterly/monthly marketing plans that align with business objectives. Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.

Lead Generation

Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to generate leads. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.

Event Marketing & Promotion

Plan, schedule, and execute marketing activities to support successful event operations. Ensure IDP is presented to participants in line with strategic goals and brand positioning.

Web Marketing (led by Regional Web Marketing team)

Liaise with the regional digital marketing team to maintain, update, and effectively manage local websites. Drive website traffic through SEO/SEM strategies and develop content that drives students to visit IDP's websites.

In-Country Contact Centre Management – Lead Qualification

Setup and manage contact centres to qualify web leads as per defined targets. Monitor call centre performance and optimize processes to improve efficiency.

Activity Calendar Support

Work with office managers to develop and support effective execution of activity calendars. Ensure seamless execution of in-office activities and outreach initiatives.

Brand / Marketing Assets and Content Creation

Develop innovative and creative marketing content solutions within agreed budget. Effectively manage marketing material development and production to ensure high-quality outputs.

Vendor and Agency Management

Identify relevant vendors and agencies to increase business success. Build and manage effective relationships with third parties to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Analytics and Reporting

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using CRM and other tools. Proactively escalate issues and suggest improvements to enhance lead numbers and quality.
