About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional Excel skills, and proficiency in English.

This is a senior-level position in our financial planning and analysis department, requiring the development and maintenance of forecasting models, analysis of financial data, and provision of insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  2. Data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables, data tables, and power queries.
  3. Development and maintenance of financial models and dashboards.
  4. Cross-functional collaboration to analyze financial data.
  5. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  6. Ad-hoc report and presentation preparation as needed.
  7. Improvement of financial processes and systems.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in data analysis.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  4. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data tables, and power queries.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus.
