About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned SEO expert to lead our SEO efforts and manage multiple client accounts. As a Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative SEO strategies, optimizing Google Business Profiles, building local citations, and analyzing performance using tools like Google Analytics.
You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our services to meet their expectations. Your expertise in Local SEO trends and algorithm changes will be invaluable in adjusting our strategies proactively.
- Develop and lead SEO strategies: Focus on Local SEO to boost search visibility for multi-location businesses.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles: Ensure accurate and engaging information for all locations.
- Build and maintain local citations: Consistency is key when it comes to NAP data.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance: Use tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Create and optimize localized content: Drive local traffic with landing pages and service descriptions.
- Collaborate with clients: Understand their objectives and tailor our services to meet their expectations.
- Conduct SEO audits: Implement improvements to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams: Integrate SEO with broader marketing efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- 3+ years of experience in managing SEO Teams.
- Expertise in Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile management.
- Leadership experience managing and guiding an SEO team.
- Proficient with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and local SEO tools.
- Experience in the home services niche is a plus.
- Background in a digital marketing agency is required.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
We offer a competitive salary range of $1800 to $2200 per month, as well as a fully remote working arrangement and global preferred location. This is a mid-senior level full-time position with regular working hours of 9 am to 6 pm EST.
