We are seeking an experienced Local SEO Manager – GBP Specialist to lead and execute a strategy that ensures WindshieldHUB maintains dominant visibility across local search results in every market we serve.

WindshieldHUB is expanding its local brand presence nationwide. This role is central to driving that growth by strategically managing and optimizing our Google Business Profiles (GBPs) to secure top visibility across all

markets. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently, reduce customer acquisition costs, and strengthen our competitive position in the auto glass industry. This is a high-impact role for an experienced Local SEO leader who knows how to execute and deliver measurable results in competitive local markets.

Your Mission:

  • Manage and execute a comprehensive Local SEO strategy for our Google Business Profiles nationwide
  • Elevate WindshieldHUB's local visibility and brand authority in every community we serve
  • Drive organic lead generation and inbound calls through GBP optimization
  • Reduce marketing spend while supporting sustainable, profitable growth
  • Consistently outperform local competitors through strategic search visibility initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBPs) across multiple

service regions

Implement and maintain UTM tracking and call tracking for accurate leadattribution.

Conduct Local SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

Manage local citations, backlink strategies, and reputation initiatives.

Monitor and improve Local Pack rankings across target markets.

Collaborate with internal teams for technical SEO fixes and localizedcontent strategies.

Provide clear, actionable reporting on performance, growth, and strategicinitiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Local SEO experience with a proven track record of ranking businesses in the Google 3-Pack.

Expertise in Google Business Profile management and optimization at scale.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to Local SEO performance.

Hands-on experience with BrightLocal, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio.

In-depth knowledge of local search algorithms, citation management, andcompetitive Local SEO strategies

Experience with UTM tracking and call attribution for performance reporting.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ownership mentality with a focus on results and measurable KPIs.
