Are you a results-driven construction professional with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time? We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and manage the complete construction of a private house project in Al-Wahab Garden, Lahore. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of site supervision and project execution with minimal oversight.

Job Description
  • Independently supervise daily construction operations on-site.
  • Coordinate and lead all labor resources including masons, general laborers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.
  • Make real-time site decisions regarding execution, material usage, and technical adjustments.
  • Monitor quality of work, adherence to safety practices, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to the client and maintain open communication.
  • Solve operational challenges and prevent unnecessary delays.
  • Ensure project completion within or ahead of the 2-month deadline.
Candidate Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or extensive hands-on experience in house construction supervision.
  • Strong site leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven individual capable of managing all aspects of on-site execution independently.
  • Ability to efficiently handle communication with labor teams and vendors.
Work Details
  • Job Type: Short-term project-based (Contractual).
  • Duration: Approximately 2 months.
  • Work Mode: On-site preferred; remote candidates considered depending on experience.
